Got some amazing news today, the re edit of Marked is finished! I couldn't be happier, and I hope to have it reformatted and up on amazon again by the end of the week. I'm also hoping to find a literary agent soon. Its a daunting process of putting together packages and hoping that someone will like my book enough to represent me. If that happens, I could maybe get published by an actual publishing house. I'm excited and scared all at once, but I'm going to try it.

With the help of my wonderful sister in law, I settled on a name for the new book. It's going to be called Chased, the title works on a few different levels. I'm excited to finally have a name for it, it feels more real and less work in progress. I still have a lot to wrap up, but it's coming along nicely.

I'm at the point where i'm beginning to think about potential title's for book 2. I think I might be stuck, I have no clue what I want to call it. When I wrote Marked, I called it Jilly the entire time I wrote, I didn't come up with the title for a while after I finished. This one has the working title of William, but I know its not going to really be called that when it's published.

I'm plugging right along, and I'm about 5 typed pages away from being as long as Marked. I still have a lot more story to tell, and a lot of things to resolve. The re edit of Marked is coming along nicely, and should hopefully be finished within the next few weeks.

To write, or not to write???? Not feeling super creative, need to get back in the swing of things. My goal is to at least write a few pages today. So far I've gotten a few paragraphs done, so that's something lol.

I'm feeling very creative after a nice slow Sunday with my family. My batteries are officially recharged, and I'm ready to dive back into the world of Jilly. I'm really liking where the story is going, and the characters that are being introduced.

On a side note, Marked is still being re edited for me, and once it's finished, I'm going to put it right back up on Amazon.

I've been taking a break from writing this week due to a headache that wouldn't quit. I'm all set to jump right back in and get going on book #2. The story is getting really good, and the characters are definitely evolving. I'm excited for everyone to read it when its all done and edited.

Marked redux

Doing some revamping on Marked. I decided to pull it from Amazon so I can put out the best book possible. I'm still hard at work on the second book in the series, but I'm pushing back the finish date a bit so I can make sure its properly edited the first time.
